Telescopic Conveyor
A linked gravity roller conveyor system specially designed for loading and off-loading vehicles; and for general warehouse operations. Load capacity: 50kg per metre.
Construction:
- Track – gravity roller conveyor sections linked together with steel sliding transfer channels.
- Rollers – 50mm diameter, rigid high impact PVC with double ball race steel bearings.
- Transfer points – between decks fitted with 20mm diameter zinc plated steel rollers to provide smooth travel for packages.
- Support frames – fitted with rubber tyred, braked swivel castors.
- Screw jacks – provide for height and slope adjustment.
- Height varies depending on section and is adjustable: Section 1 – 700-900mm. Section 2 – 800-1050mm. Section 3 – 900-1200mm. Section 4 – 1000-1350mm.
High rise heavy duty version available, specifically for unloading full size containers when open and compact storage when closed. Each section height adjustable by screwjack. Width: 600mm, length: 4.35m, 13.5m overall (10m within vehicle). Please call our Contact Centre for details.
