Skate Wheel Expandaveyor
A highly versatile conveyor system for use alone or to supplement existing installations in stores, warehouses, assembly lines and loading/unloading vehicles. Easy to position and use, simply wheel to the required location, extend to the required length and lock the castor brakes for maximum stability. Very compact when closed for easy space saving storage. So flexible it can even be positioned around awkward corners as well as being used in a straight line.
- Bright zinc plated steel support frames and lattice straps with plastic rollers or skate wheels.
- Adjustable telescopic legs fitted at every 1.5m of expanded length.
- O/A width: track width plus 62mm.
- Pitch: 125mm when expanded.
- Plastic rollers – 50mm diameter shock proof, rigid PVC with double ball race and ball bearings.
- Plastic skate wheels – 48mm diameter shock proof PVC with double ball race, and steel axles with PVC covers.
- Adjustable support legs – All fitted with 100mm diameter braked castors. 125kg capacity
- Expandaveyor support legs have additional lattice knee bracing.
- Height 650-1000mm.

Selection and Order Checklist
1. Rollers or skate wheels – remember wheels
are suitable only for articles having a firm
base.
2. Track width – articles can safely exceed
track in width by up to 50%.
3. Expanded length – the conveyor is operable
at any length from minimum to maximum.
Note: conveyors with an expanded length of
2.0m are not suitable for making 90° bends.
