The development process Key Systems follow professional
development methodologies and processes. The process begins with our
business analysts meeting with our clients to document their
requirements and develop a functional requirements document. This
identifies any gaps or areas of processes which require further
investigation prior to development commencing.
Our analyst then interprets these requirements and completes a
detailed specification including pilots. Our Senior Development Team
then reviews the requirements noting any system difficulties, areas
of concern or indeed any further benefits to add to the development.
Specifications are then finalised, reviewed and authorised by
clients, prioritised, signed off, scheduled and then follow our
development and quality control processes.
